This was to be a Buff Orpington guess what, it is not. The guy at the feed store was not much help after that. I figure it is a White Leghorn but I only have one so I have no way to compare to others to figure out what sex it is. Thanks for your time. Brad

    It's a "he". I don't think it's a leghorn though. Maybe a white rock??

It is a rooster and yes I do believe it is a white leghorn. I had three leghorn roosters and he looks exactly like them.

I agree that it might be a leghorn. Its not a white rock, they have yellow legs.

Thanks all. I was in denial. I was hoping on a pullet and tried to talk my self out of it again and again. But I guess I will have to get use to it.

It is NOT a leghorn. Leghorns have white earlobes not red.

MY experience with a white leghorn rooster was not pleasant. He was mean and had to go elsewhere.

Is there a white orpington? The orpingtons have a single comb and white-ish/ fleshy colored legs [IMG]
