He/She is pretty, but a mystery to me.

We got him/her from school. My niece's class hatched chicks and we took several. The teacher does not remember what breed of eggs she ordered from the hatchery. Any ideas? About 6 - 8 weeks old. Also, he or she?

looks like one of those breeds with the poof on their head. from what i've seen on threads on this site it is hard to sex them from the comb because it is different from other kinds of chickens, else i would think it looked female. try looking at the "fancy" breeds (the ones with poofs) in the breed thingy and see if any of them come in white with grey legs.

I was told by a friend today that she is likely a Pyncheon. Doesn't really matter though, because my little girls love them no matter what they are!
