He/She Silkie???..(Pic heavy)

Ok I was told this was a hen when she was given to my daughter. Others say not she but a he. I ask what characteristics are indicating a rooster, I'm told it just looks like a boy, others say it has roo feet. I don't know what roo feet means when it has no spurs or spur nubs on it's legs. I was told it's poof tilts the wrong way for a hen.. Honestly it is just poofy to me. This hen was hatched early Sept. here is the pictures of my he/she Silkie ..

Because the crest is a nice round shape and no prominent walnut comb; I would say you have a girl.
Ofcourse the real give away is when you either find an egg or get serenaded with a crow.

Honestly, it is too early to say for sure, but my guess is...it's a boy! Something about his stance and the beginnings of possible streamers in that last pic.
