He should be a roo but what breed?

    looks similar to my cochins at that age, but they didn't have that much feathering or that fine of feathering on the feet.

    is it possible he's a mix? he has some pretty fine feathering, from what i see, also- similar to that of silkies (although, i am in no way qualified to judge if a bird is a silkie, or not, and the only feather-footed birds i've had are cochins, and i've only got 4)

    Looks like a White cochin cant tell if hes bantam or standerd yet

    its cheeks look kinda poofy from that angle so I vote white d'uccle

    It isn't a cochin. Cochins don't have puffy cheeks,have round tails,and have heavy leg feathering.

    By looking at those pictures and some google images i think white d'uccle fits the bill. When it stops raining and they dry out ill get some better pics of the pair.
