Head Problem??! HELP!

My Aunts friend reached out asking if I know what was wrong with her chicken but I have no idea what is wrong with this poor chicken! Can y’all try and help me identify what’s wrong? I’ll attach images below.

She (to me and I am not and expert by any means) just looks like she was in a fight and got infected by something.

That’s true! Any idea on how to treat it if it is? She is the only bantam in he flock i believe so that might be what happened.
