This has me wondering what is happening each time I do this. When I go out to check up on my chickens, or even my friends chickens, I will act like a grown hen clucking away just to have a laugh or two. Yes, that's right, I said it. I 'cluck' like a chicken. And I do a pretty good job of it too! But anyway, the young pullets will twitch their heads like it annoys them, or so it seems. Does anyone have any idea on what is actually happening? Does it bother them, or is it just a natural reaction for them to act this way to these sounds? I should post a video.
