head wound!! pics!! please help?

I just found my hen with blood all over her!! I'm guessing a rooster grabbed her, and she tried to run. She now had a huge wound on the back of her head! What do I do??

Apply an antibiotic ointment and keep her away from the rooster. How many roosters do you have? Frequently such wounds occur when several roosters are fighting over and gang breeding a hen. Such wounds take time, but heal quite well.

I have two roosters. Guess I will be looking for a new home for one or he'll be dinner. :-\ Thank you. It makes me breathe easier. should I do anything else?
