Drink at least a litre of water a day. Cranberry juice is also very good. There are numerous herbal remedies and recommended supplements available online.
I have found that I have not had one UTI ( which I was getting constantly) since I started drinking raw apple cider vinegar with the mother in it. A teaspoon in a glass of water twice a day. No more issues with indigestion either. No yeast infections either. Allergies are also improved but that might also be because I gave up dairy until I can produce it myself on the farm fresh and raw.
I used to get kidney stones frequently (horrible, by the way). I had to go through with cutting alot of fruits and veggies from my diet-which were pretty much my favorite snacks. Turns out what was causing them was soda. I now only have the VERY occasional cup of soda and haven't had a single kidney stone since cutting it (mostly) out of my diet...thank goodness!
