Healthy chicken threw up water

Hello I have a chicken that has stopped laying eggs a while ago then started a molt and has recently tried eating something from the ground and the water came out, she did just drink water, you think she is fine? She it a sweet chicken that is happy and healthy right now and only sits down when it gets hot. I haven't seen any swelling.

Whats the temp? She might have drank too much water at once.
