Heat Lamp

Is it alright for my ducklings head to be touching the heat lamp?? We have e a brinsea ecoglow 20

It is a Brinsea heat plate that he's touching or a heat lamp? If it's the plate, that's fine, they are meant to be used that way, they're a contact heat source. If it's a heat lamp, no, the babies should never come into contact with the bulb, and it needs to be raised immediately.

I agree with @Pyxis if it's an actual lamp, no that's not ok, you need to raise it. If it's a heat plate then yes, that's fine.

I agree with the comments obove if its a heat lamp then its not ok for it to touch there heads. if its a heat plate then its totally fine
