HOW MANY HEAT LAMPS SHOULD I HAVE FOR ABOUT 35 CHICKS? THEIR BROODER IS APPROX 3FT X 3FT.

My brooder is about 3x6 with 18 chicks right now. I run two lights, not because I need the heat, but in case one burned out while we are at work.
