Welcome to the BYC flock, glad you joined us. Have you checked our the Learning Center, it's full of great information and the best place to start? Afterwards the "Raising Backyard Chickens," forum should take care of most other questions you may have.

Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. I've never heard of an Black Orvis Ords breed. There is a Black Orpington breed. Cinnamon Queen is one of a number of labels under which some hatcheries market there Red Sex Links, which are produced by crossing a red gene rooster with a silver gene hen, and like all Red Sex Links, they are egg laying machines. You will get loads of eggs from those two girls. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock.
