I love this site. I have spent many hours here reading, laughing and learning.

I have 6 RIR's. 5 hens and a rooster. They are wonderful. I'll be adding to the flock in the spring.

Love that you love this site. Me too! I'm a newbie to it and finding so much information. I also have 8 Rhode Island Reds, still pullets at about 5 months old now. They are free range on my acre here in Hawaii and have formed their own little mini football team, these girl sure can run when it's food time! It's a veritable stampede! I also have 2 roosters and 4 other older chickens that are slowing down on their egg production now. Aloha from here.
