Hi everyone, so happy to have found the Back Yard Chickens Forum. I was raised on a family farm, left lived life, raised my own family. Now I'm retired and have come back to farming of a sort. I have a small herd of goats, a couple of pigs each year, a beef cow or two, rabbits AND I have 8 hens and one ill tempered rooster, whose bad temper has him on the way to becoming the main ingredient in an upcoming pot of chicken and pastry. I look forward to learning and sharing experiences with everyone. I am Bob and I live on the Southeast coast of North Carolina.
