    I'm new and I write from Italy, this is my first message (later I'll introduce myself better).

    To DEWORM chickens and laying hens I normally use flubendazole but being no longer available in small sizes but only for use in large poultry farms can I replace it with mebendazole?
    If so, could you tell me the dosage and the waiting time for meats and eggs because my vet is not sure about this.

    Welcome to BYC, Paolo. I cannot find any information on egg withdrawal times for chickens and mebendazole. If given in a single dose, I would use at least a 14 day withdrawal as is used in other similar wormers. If used in the feed over 6 days, there may be no need for an egg withdrawal. That is similar to flubendazole. Here is some information about dosage, both in feed and for a single dosage:
