New to the forum as I have a poorly Duck , I think it’s Bumblefoot...

Yep, looks swollen, could have infection in there... warm epsom salt soak 15-20mins daily and apply clear iodine afterwards... don't let the duck drink the epsom salt water, it's a laxative and can cause diarrhea...

I can get you a link to a thread with treatment steps, if you like...

You might have to do the soaks for a few days, then pry off softened scabs, remove any hard/cheesy whitish/yellowish stuff (that's infection), wrap foot and keep clean until healed...
