Hey there, I am brand cluckin new to the forums but have been an avid visitor to BYC. I have 5 New Hampshire x Columbian cross hens (the best eggs ever!) one jumbo Pekin (Ferdinan) and 3 Khaki Campbell ducks. I have recently ordered about 30 Coturnix Quail eggs a variety mix of several of the color variations and jumbos. and I am VERY excited! Instead of spending all the money on a styrofoam incubator though I have decided to build my own. My neighbor gave me a great styro cooler and the resources on BYC have got me well set up and ready for my eggs to get started. I am taking some pictures as I put it together and will post them here. I am just super happy to join the family of BYC.
