Hello from Alabama!

Hi everyone! We've had a few chickens for almost a year, and I can't imagine not having chickens now. All our family is getting very used to having fresh eggs.! I may plan to do some baking, but our family can do away with over a dozen at breakfast, so that means at least 2 dozen each weekend. We have 14 hens and a rooster, and get about 7-9 eggs each day. So how do we identify who is laying and who isn't? I'd like to cull a few, but not sure how to figure it out.
