While not new to raising chickens I'm very new to doing much on computers. I'm just wanting insite and anything anyone can contribute to cold weather chicken farming. Also I trying to get some info on where I can get some lohmann brown chicks in the northwest US.

So you live in alaska me too![IMG] I love alaska last year we had some rare ancona ducks they were so fun. We had a fox accident [IMG]it got one of our ducks.
ancona ducks come in different colors like blue, lavender, chocolate, buff, black, lilac & tri. if you want ancona ducks instead of chickens were going to hatch ancona eggs ancona_crazy she's my Mom. she'll
    tell you all about them.
