Hello from CO!

Hello all! New guy here, snowed in from the Colorado mountains. Enjoying life with my wife and baby daughter, raising EE/Isbars 35 miles from town, at 8,000 feet above sea level... Trying to produce the toughest, green egg laying mutts on earth

I've been a full blown chook junkie for a lot of years and a BYC creeper for a couple. I guess it's time to sign up and socialize with people who get it

If you've had chickens for years, it's about time you joined
us.

I was talking to one of those Colorado boys a while back. He
said he was breeding his chickens to lay square eggs, so they
wouldn't roll down the mountain.

His chickens were laying eggs, but they were rolling to the
neighbors.

I think he was pulling my leg.
