Newbie from Northeast Tarrant County with 3 six month old RIR girls and one Buff Oprington girl. This forum has been holding my hand throughout coop construction, run installation, types of feed and breed choice.
Thanks to all who have assisted us in our decisions! My math says I'll break even on construction costs sometime around 2016 unless I can find someone willing to pay $350 for a dozen eggs!
Again, thanks to all who have assisted with their advice!

Welcome to BYC The eggs will start coming down in price when you factor in the entertainment value and the knowledge that your eggs are probably better tasting.
