Hello from Eleven M Ranch, the land of luscious pastures( thanks to our well fertilizing chickens that is) we grow beef, sheep, and chickens to sell fresh meat off the farm we've been growing Cornish cross for several years now but this is our first year trying red rangers we rotational graze about 17 Acres for our sheep and Cattle and put the chickens on after and it cuts down on the Flies and worms and fertilizes very well I just recently heard about fermenting chicken feed I would like to try that if anyone's got any tips that would be appreciated the feed mix I use is from Joel salatin it is 26% cracked corn, 26% ground corn, 29% roasted soybeans, 11% crimped oats, 1% feed grade limestone, 3% fertrell nutri-balancer, 3.5% fish meal (sea-lac), 5% kelp meal.
