[/img] I'm sure you will enjoy this site. It is a great source for information and sometime just for a smile. Where in Louisiana are you located. My oldest son lived in Ponchatoula for several years and the youngest lived on Bourbon St in New Orleans. I used to visit every spring when the mudbugs were prime. They have both since moved to SE Missouri which is probably a good thing. I would always overeat when visiting. Love the Cajun food. Again WELCOME
