Hi! I live in Antietam aka Sharpsburg, MD. My son & I love ducks. The last few years we've rehabilitated a variety of animals. One of our favorites was a day old Mallard I found in the middle of a road. I've no idea how she got there! As we do with all our rescue pets, we kept her until she was ready; then she flew away. I even dug her a pond, which is pretty difficult in our ground that's made up of clay & huge quartz rocks. Now we're looking for a few more ducklings.
