I am still working out breeds and how to get less than 15-25 1-day old chicks without it costing an arm and a leg.

Most of the on-line hatcheries I have found have a minimum order of 15-25 baby chicks or high shipping charges.
I understand the shipping charges...but I am plannin on talking to the local feed store (at Maysville 4-way or Garvins) or TSC to see if I can piggy back on their spring order.
