    Hi there,

We are new to chickens and BYC. We bought 10 chicks back in April (2x Dominique, 2x RIR, 2x Silkie, 2x Australorp and 2x white Austral).

So excited to see them grow up :) My kids (12, 11 and 8) love them. Even in this short time, we are getting a little obsessed with our babies!

So happy to have this great resource..

Hello there and welcome to BYC! [IMG]

So glad you could join our community!

Yes, chickens really grow on you and quick. It just sort of creeps up on you and one day you are completely hooked!

Make yourself at home here and if you have any questions about your little ones, feel free to ask.

Enjoy your babies and welcome to our flock! :)
