Just getting back into this after a glorious childhood of it, funny what years do to your soul:).
Everything I googled brought up comments from here, seemed like a place I belonged, can't wait to contribute, I'm a heritage guy who recently decided to add the white leghorn of said childhood to the game. Should be interesting....

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to our flock. A lot of us were lurkers before joining.) White Leghorns are laying machines. You should get loads of eggs from those girls. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your White Leghorns.

My Grandmother had chickens, you are right, memories can stay with you, especially these kind of good ones. Love my chickens!
