Hi

I live on a hobby farm in BC Canada with my husband and 2 boys, we have horses, sheep, goats, a llama, rabbits, dogs, cats and of course chickens. We are working on our coop right now and am searching for tips on winterizing a coop

Welcome to BYC. Regarding insulating coops, we used rigid insulation board between the outside wall and the inner wall covering (barnboard). Chickens will peck at and eat exposed insulation... Good luck.
