Hello- I recently moved back to NJ after about 8 years of living abroad. A week ago my chicks arrived via the post office in Long Valley NJ. We are still building/converting our hen house, and the babies are still living in the basement. I only ordered five but am immediately regretting. Anyone know any place locally that I can get chicks, other than sex link or rir? I have one easter egger, and am already in love with her. I should have ordered 5 more!

Thanks and look forward to being part of the forum!

! Pleased you joined us! You might ask someone in the NJ thread of the link below about a local place to add to your flock! Best of luck!

Also be careful that you don't come home with all roosters-in-the-making. Some hatcheries will sell sexed chicks but, there is a upcharge for that and no one can be 100% certain.
