Recently decided to begin raising chickens again; something I’ve wanted to do for awhile! I have 10 layers and one rooster. They began laying on November first, and to date I’ve gathered 72 eggs. To say I’m elated would be an understatement.
Looking forward to learning ‘new things’ from you all.

@smilzsomuch - Thanks for joining us here at BYC! :welcome

We're so glad to have you, and happy to hear you have an established flock laying so many wonderful, yummy eggs. I may be biased, but I say farm fresh eggs raised yourself just making cooking and baking taste better! This is a great community of helpful, smart folks who know their stuff and they're always willing to help. So if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
