    Hello :)

I thought since I have been looking around for quite a while I better just open up and say hello. Rather shy with posting I guess.

Me and my husband have a small backyard flock of 5.

    Easter Egger - Penny
    Speckled Sussex - Freckles
    Salmon Faverolles - Sophie
White Leghorn - Camilla aka Tiny
    Partridge Silkie - Maggie

The Leghorn was laying but she is having a good old molt now. The SS is a beast - she lays almost every day and she's HUGE. No one else is laying yet but we are patiently waiting for the EE to start so we can see what color her eggs are lol I love the suspense and surprise.

Our flock is spoiled and loved with treats and organic foods and greens. They seem pretty happy and healthy and are very loved. We have 2 young boys who adore the chickens.

Anyway that's it. Thanks! Great website and forum![IMG]
