Hi everyone, I'm from Singapore. Came here by way of a link on Metafilter.

I don't have any chickens yet, but would like to learn how to raise chickens in the hot, humid climate of my country; so I'll probably be asking lots of questions in the days to come!

Thanks! I think my choice of breeds will be limited because there isn't much of a culture of raising chickens as pets over here, so I'll just have to get whatever breed of chicks the chicken farms here happen to be using.

Having said that, can anyone point me in the direction of breeds that are accustomed to hot, tropical climates? I see a lot of information on what sorts of chickens can resist the winter.. but what about year-long wet summers?
