Hello BYC peeps! I am currently prepping for hens for next spring. I'm planning on starting off with three hens and will attempt to keep the flock to no more than five, with at least two actively laying hens.

Currently, I'm building my own coop out of all recycled/repurposed materials. I am planning on buying the ChickenGuard door opener, so I won't claim the coop as 100% recycled, but I'll be very close. The wood is all from pallets I had leftover from our home's build. I just picked up a few things today from the ReStore, and the last big piece to the project will be metal sheeting/roofing for the roof.

I am hoping to find plans for a roll-away nest box, so if anyone here could point me in the right direction, that would be super-awesome. I did see a great guy named "Opa" has posted photos, but I can't locate the plans. Are they for sale somewhere here?
