    Hi,
I am a complete newbie with chickens, so I am planning to learn a lot here. We don't have chickens yet, but are going to get a few red speckled Sussex soon. Well, as soon as the coop is finished!
Thanks in advance for all your help [IMG]

    Welcome to BYC! [IMG]

We have 3 SS in our mixed flock and they are such pretty girls (nice egg layers too). I hope you enjoy yours as much as we do ours.

If you haven't already, take a look at the articles in the Learning Center. There is a lot of good information there for new chicken keepers.

Have fun and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
