    Hi,
    Our household is very excited to adopt our two white silkie chicks tomorrow! They will be the first chicken members of our family. I have been reading a lot on this site, and others, and hope for provide a wonderful home for them. I'm sure we will have lots of questions as we go along and I look forward to learning from you all.

    Welcome fellow West Virginian! I grew up in Huntington and went to school at Marshall. Be sure to go up to the Learning Center and read all you can. It's good to be well informed.
