Hello from Wyoming!

Hello! My son has decided to raise chickens and sell eggs to support his rodeo addiction. I am totally new to this and stumbling my way through helping him. He has 22 chickens, a few different breeds. They're about 6 months old and i still have no idea which ones are roosters, pretty sure there's at least a couple in the mix. We live in Rock Springs Wyoming, where is gets well below 0 in the winter. We've slowly been putting the coops together, we've converted an 8x10 shed into the coop and made the outside run 10x16. Any advice would be welcome as I truly have no real knowledge of chickens other than what I've learned from google
