Hello there and welcome to BYC!
You need to get a better picture. Get the bird out and get a clear pic so we can have a better look.
Great to have you aboard and we do welcome you to our flock!
Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. Based on what I can see, it looks like it's probably an Easter Egger rooster. But TwoCrows is right; the angle is bad. We need to be able to see the face, the comb, and the leg color. Also it would help if the chicken wire wasn't in the way. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock.
there is no comb and blue legs
The "no comb" sounds like a pea comb, which just reinforces my thought that you have an Easter Egger.
Glad you joined us!
Judging by what I can see, and your description, I think your bird is an Easter Egger rooster.
Welcome to byp. glad you could join us! Yes, your roosters are Easter eggers, some of which can have cushion combs, that might not look like much.
Welcome to BYC! We're glad to have you.
Your rooster does look like an Easter Egger.
So glad you joined us.
