I'm just starting my flock. I have my coop built and recieved my first chicks last friday, problem is most of them were DOA, I called the people I got them from and there was no problem getting replacements they arrived yesterday alive and healthy. Right now I have them sepperated from the first few survivors that we got last week. How long do I have to wait to put them in the coop with the ones that are a week older?

[IMG] as long as they're similar sizes you should be able to put them together.

[IMG] do the survivors look healthy? If you are fairly certain the first ones didn't have disease, then I would put them in together with the newbies.
