Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Congratulations! It's always so exciting having a successful hatch.) If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any specific questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Cheers.

Care to share a photo? That always sounds like a fun project for grade school kids. What are you going to do with the chicks when it's time to take them out of the classroom?

Welcome to Backyard chickens. Will you be getting some of the chicks after the school is finished with them?
