Hi, I have visited this site before but never made an account until now, I have many chickens and getting more PLUS I'm getting my first silkies, SUPER EXCITED. Also my chickens live with 2 goats so its a little hard too spend quality time with my Chickies (the goats have lived with chickens for a while so no worries) I know I will learn a lot from you guys and I hope to help you sometimes too. Here is a pic of my to lovely ladies speckles and silversteps [IMG]
(Silversteps is the silver laced wyandotte not sure what speckles is if you know, please post in the comments)

Hi and [IMG] - glad that you have joined us. Your state thread is worth joining as you will get to know other BYC members in your area (just type your state in the search box). In fact, the search box should become your best friend [IMG] Lastly but by no means least, the members here are amazing - very friendly and helpful, so if you need an answer to a question or simply want some reassurance that what you are doing is ok, then post away - we all help each other out here at BYC.

    All the best

I'm not sure but Speckles may be a speckled Sussex. You can post photos at "what breed or gender is this," for more opinions

This is Peanut, I need to get a newer picture of her. Since her last molt, she has more white on her.

    Thanks for joining us!
