    Welcome to Backyard chickens. I highly recommend the Learning Center as the best place to start a chicken education. The easiest way to get from one forum etc. to another is via the search box above. For instance put your state name in the box and it will pop up. Then you can post on your state thread and find out if any Bycers live near you.
