I got 10 chickens about a year and a half ago. Then I got 10 more about 6 months ago but one day they were let out of their cage when nobody was home and my dog killed them. [IMG][IMG] I just ordered 15 but they have been having a lot of health issues.

Right now I have 5 Hens and 11 chicks.

Rhode Island Red, Buff Orpington, Golden Comet, Cinnamon Queen and Rhode Island Whites.

I bet blue favarucanas are gorgeous. Do they have the feathered legs of faverolles?

By the way, the quote you have on your page ('Until One Has Loved An Animal, Part Of Their Soul Remains Unawakened') is beautiful. So true.

So sorry to hear you lost all your chickens to your dog. I lost my pet Australorp to a hawk last November and it about broke my heart.

They are pretty. One has some feathers on her legs and five toes, but the other has no feathers on her legs and four toes. Both are great layers.[IMG]
