    I'm from a small yorkshire village and am slowly getting more and more chickens!started off with 3 hybrids from my grandad for eggs and now have 10 lol!just acquired a silkie,pekin and a houdan so I'd say once your buying chickens for looks and love you know your hooked!looking forward to learning lots more about my featherd friends from you all!Thankyou in advance ;)

    Greetings from College Station, Texas. I guess if you're buying chickens for looks and love, you're acquiring pets that give back with eggs. And if you give them names as well, you're probably not going to be eating them. I say this because that's the way we are.
