I bought 4 chicks on November 7 th please help me figure out the right way to take care of them one of them died today now I'm sad

Well first I would ask you what you are feeding them as It sounds like 8 week old chicks should be very healthy ......

Here try this Hard boil an egg peal and mash with a fork and serve

Water you need to put in some Probiotic to help them

Are you keeping them warm enough? Where do you have them now - indoors or out? In the raising backyard chickens forum - go to the section "raising baby chicks," will give you a lot of information.
 
Welcome to BYC. You've come to the right place for help. As DSD said; First and foremost, are they warm, dry, and out of the wind? Second, do they have clean water and proper feed?
