Alright and [IMG] Glad to have you here [IMG]

Well first I would ask you what you are feeding them as It sounds like 8 week old chicks should be very healthy ......

Here try this Hard boil an egg peal and mash with a fork and serve [IMG]

Water you need to put in some Probiotic to help them [IMG]

This is just to start now if you let us know what you are feeding your chicks [IMG]

Are you keeping them warm enough? Where do you have them now - indoors or out? In the raising backyard chickens forum - go to the section "raising baby chicks," will give you a lot of information.

Welcome to BYC. You've come to the right place for help. As DSD said; First and foremost, are they warm, dry, and out of the wind? Second, do they have clean water and proper feed?

Start with the Learning Center at the top of the page. Check out the forums , and ask questions. Good luck with the rest of your chicks.
