I'm new to BYC and new to chick raising! I have always thought i'd love chickens and I was right. I've got a coop at my boyfriends farm in PA, which I go to every other week. He takes care of them when I'm not there, I take care of them when I am, and clean the coop, etc.We got our chicks from McMurray Hatchery a straight run of Brahmas and 15 polish top hats (with 1 rare). I love one in particular - he's a white top hat. But I love them all - how could i not? I've been here a month or so and have enjoyed the posts.
