Help!! 2 day old chick

I have a chick that hatched Saturday so 2 days ago. At first she was doing really good. No she is very sleepy will walk a bit then fall asleep. She is also keeping her eyes closed. She can open them but prefers to keep them closed. She also has some crust on the side of her beak and keeps opening and closing her beak. I gave her sugar water but it did not seem to give her a boost. Any help is greatly appreciated

Can you post some photos of your chicks, poop and your brooder?
What are you feeding?

If you have any Poultry Nutri-Drench, that would be good to give (2-3 drops twice a day).

You mention crust on the side of her beak, is it hardened feed?
She's opening and closing her beak...anything inside the beak?

How warm is your brooder - on the warm side and on the cool side?

I do not see any poop but this is a temp set up by my desk since I wanted to keep an eye on it. I am feeding Dumour medicated starter feed. I do not think the crust is hardened feed but I could be wrong the temp is about 80 degrees. They keep moving from under the light. I do not see anything inside her beak but a bigger chick picked at it and it looks like there is a small crack

Looks like food on her beak. It's common for other chicks to pick at something like that, this is how they explore.
I would try to gently clean it off.

Work on keeping her hydrated.

I would definitely monitor the heat in the small box, if the chicks are avoiding the light, then it's too hot.
