Help! 6 day old chick sneezing and breathing hard!

I noticed he was not as lively as the others right off but he was eating and drinking but shaking his head all the time. Yesterday he started sneezing and now hes opening his mouth when he breaths. Is there anything I can do or just let mother nature take its course. Poor little guy

Check its nostrils and down its throat.. it may have some bedding caught and is trying to get it out.. Now the panting.. Is this the only chick panting? If not you may have it too warm in there.. If they are staying in the cool side or panting when under the lamp you may need to step down the wattage..
