Hi, i am new to this site. Last night Freckles, one of my 8 month old americaunas was laying in a nest instead of roosting. I picked her up and noticed her chest was a little damp like she had been sweating, which i know they don't do. I placed her on the roost thinking maybe she just got wet from one of the water dishes or something. This morning she was back in the nest and she had just died, she was still warm. There were no other symptoms everyone else is fine. Any idea what would cause her chest to be damp? There was no fluid leaking out of her beak last night. I am going to do a necropsy
myself.
