Help! 9 week Easter egger- boy or girl?

I'd love some help on sexing this 9 week old Easter egger. I was sure that s/he was a roo, but I'm starting to wonder. My other Easter egger has been crowing for weeks now, and I've yet to hear a peep out of this one. This one sure loves sparing with the its brother though.

I'm leaning towards cockerel based on how red the comb is. It's a pretty EE!

Cockerel. Common male pattern for an EE, quite developed comb, male specific red leakage over the wings.

That's a cockerel. He has a masculine coloration and what appears to be some very early masculine feathers growing in at the base of his tail, so I have no doubts that he is male. Very often, with multiple cockerels in a brood, the less dominant birds will not crow as early or as often as the more dominant individuals, so that's likely why he has not crowed yet.
