HELP ASAP!! Rouen duckie

HELP!
Something attacked my duck! (Could of been another duck, I dont know!) He has sores on the back of neck and is bleeding. He is also holding his head funny, and not moving head or neck.
He is walking a bit, but mostly sitting.
Not eating (even mealworms, his fav) or drinking.
His poop is white.

Is his neck twisted to one side as in wry neck? I would clean the wound with either Vetericyn, weak betadine or Hibiclens, or soap and water, and then apply plain antibiotic ointment twice a day. If she has wry neck, give some vitamin E 400 IU daily along with a little B complex or chick vitamin with thiamine in some cooked egg or tuna. Make sure that he is eating and drinking. No, its not twisted. He moved it a bit. I sprayed the vetericyn on it.
